AS A MANAGER OF S.A. RAINMAKER, I CALLED MRS. SCHLEGEL AND APOLOGIZED TO HER FOR THE INCONVIENCE WE CAUSED HER. I OFFERED TO REPAIR HER SPRINKLER SYSTEM AT NO CHARGE TO HELP MAKE AMENDS. SHE ACCEPTED OUR OFFER AND IT SINCE BEEN REPAIRED. more

Twice SA Rainmaker failed to arrive for 5/26/2012

Twice SA Rainmaker failed to arrive for a scheduled appointment to repair my sprinkler system. The first time, I had to call to find out what happened and to re-schedule. The second time they did not show up, even though I called that day to make certain I was on their roster. They never called to explain, nor to tell me they weren t coming. I had stayed home from work to meet them for the repair. Their actions were unprofessional and disrespectful. more

Rainmaker, our service department is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our service technicians are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8: 00am - 5: 00pm. They are radio dispatched and fully equipped, to ensure we properly repair your sprinkler system. Test and Maintenance - Backflow test and maintenance ensures your sprinkler system's backflow preventer is working properly in conjunction with your state and local laws. Routine maintenance of your sprinkler system helps ensure proper coverage and ultimately saves you money..
