Express and Accurate 12/10/2010

I waited in a small waiting room. My form was taken without question and no ID or payment was requested as indicated. I was later brought into a small room to have my blood drawn and shown a lavatory where I could provide a urine sample. After I was called back, my entire testing took less than 10 minutes. more
