Steven was extremely helpful on the phone. Customer service was spectacular. One of my items was damaged and they would not ship it to me - removed the item from my bill and honored free shipping even though my total dropped below the required amount! Definitely a reputable business that I would recommend to others and will return to in the future! more

This is the first time I've ordered from Golden Oak Stables. I was very pleased the order was on time Christmas even though I ordered late. This was a gift for my granddaughter who collects Breyer horses. She loved it! It arrived in LSQ condition, which in Breyer horse talk she says means perfect. I will order from you in the future. The horses are lovely. It would be helpful if the height dementions were provided in the description. The delivery was a little slow but I imagine that was affected by the holiday season. We will do business with Golden Oak Stables in the future. Thank you. more
