The order process was very simple, the Golden Oak Stables website was very easy to place an order as well as navigate the site. The order process and shipping was very efficient. The option for different shipping speeds is much appreciated for those who do not wish to spend the extra money for speedy shipping. The package arrived promptly. The overall quality of the Golden Oak Stables' products are outstanding. The package was not dented in any way or incorrectly packaged. I was pleased to see the large amount of foam "amour" placed inside the box between it and the item for protection. Overall, great experience and would definitely order online again. Might I also add how helpful and speedy email responses were to my queries. more

Confused about dolls stands sizes 1/21/2012

I ordered 7 (8"-14") doll stands for my size 8" dolls and when assembled the dolls feet don't touch the ground even at lowest setting. more

My husband has always wanted an electric train set. I wanted to get him one for Christmas the first year we were arried. My mom thought it was a silly idea for me to get him a train set for Christmas. I obeyed my mom and didn't get him one. Well, now he is 60 and I got him one for his 60th. He was overwhelmed !! I guess you are never to old to play with trains! He has bought some extra track and plans on adding more to his collection! I am happy that I ordered this from Lionel Train Depot!! I have been purchasing Madame dolls for my 3 1/2 yr old goddaughter since she was born for birthdays, x-mas and various holidays. Found Stephen on eBay the first time I purchased. Always seems to have the best prices, a very nice selection and prompt shipping. I placed my order late this year for x-mas (didn't get it in until the Monday before the Holiday) but it still arrived in plenty of time! Will continue to purchase hopefully for years to come! more
