I took the time out of my day to stop by and speak with SJM concerning two quotes. I was told I would have the quotes by the end of the following week. I never did receive them. Although, I had a less than satisfactory experience with them in the past; I decided to try them again without avail. I would not recommend SJM for any of my business or personal needs. They do respond....PERIOD!
