Do not use this Servpro office!!!! 2/13/2012

Each Servepro is independent so please understand this review is only for the LaGrange-North RIverside office which screwed up the simplest of installations, cut my gas line, and lied, lied and lied about it, refusing to take responsibilty and then threatening me with a lien against my property if I didn't pay the whole bill along with the other $275 I had to pay my plumber. These people are SCUM. The "manager" repeatedly used profanity and threats against me. Disgraceful. Use another Servepro office if you must, or just another contractor. These people shouldn't be in business. THE WORST!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more
