HVAC service --regular maintenance--trouble shooting and problem resolution 6/10/2012

Nick was the first technician to identify and solve a zoned HVAC system malfunction. I explained the problem and he volunteered to work on it. None of the previous technicians over the years seemed interested in resolving the malfunction. He was very professional and competent. He solved the problem!!!! more

Electric work 5/17/2012

The work itself was excellent but i was told the would arrive in the morning, so i took a day off from work. After the third phone call, the electrician arrived at 5:00PM. The price charged for work was tremendously high. more

Maintenance Service 4/15/2012

Tech arrived at scheduled time, got straight to work. Explained how he was going to proceed and how long it would take. Performed tasks, cleaned up and went over everything he found and did. Very curtious. more

Great Service 1/21/2012

I have been using Secco for several years because they are always on time, do a great job and everyone is so courteous. And unlike other companies I dealt with in the past, Secco can always get a tech to my home the day I call. Recently, I called Secco when my heat went out at 7PM. Within 90 mins., as promised, a tech (Brad L) was at my door. He located the problem and had it fixed with in 30-45 mins. Thanks Secco for doing quality work every time! more
