The service is well worth the cost, do not try a less service such as a carpet cleaner / duct. Scott's knowledge about his profession and ability to explain is second to none. Our ducts and systems have not been cleaned since 1991 when the house was built. Since we moved in we have had a horrible smell when turning on the systems and the air quality was worse then Atlanta's air. more

We had been out of town for two weeks before Thanksgiving and had returned on the day before Thanksgiving from our trip. When we walked in the door we had a disgusting odor all through the house. After a search through the house we discovered the smell was coming from some of the vents. My wife was freaking out because we had 21 people coming over the next day for dinner and we had this odor in the house. I called around to many different duct cleaners to find one to come out at the last minute to get the smell out but was unsuccessful until I reached This company. They stayed until 9pm to complete the job. They found two dead mice in the ductwork that were the source of the odor. Our experience with them was wonderful. We had called around to find someone to clean our air duct because we noticed mold growing on the vent covers. I called many different companies to make sure that I would find one that would know how to deal with the mold properly and also one that would not take advantage of my situation and charge me a ton of money in exchange for my piece of mind that the problem had been solved. Simply Incredible! I called them after I was suckered in by one of the cheaper companies. They did a horrible job and thus I called Sears who quickly came to the rescue. They fixed what the other company messed up and explained to me every step of the process. Best of all, this company left zero mess for us to clean up!
