It's one thing when someone 'knocks' your car, it's annoying when it 'knocks' itself. My 'Chay-vee vahn' was making rap sounds, though not as bad as the noise from the 'brothas'. ...

I 'venture' to say, the repair of my Venture was a successful adventure 1/7/2016

Working on my aggravating GM van -venture-, Steve & the 'Rovik' gang, uncovered the source of the repair &/or maintenance needs. They then formulated a plan for having the necessary supplies and a successful plan of attack against the minions of 'mischievous' problems, and surrounded them like eagles watching their intended catch. They then stealthy swooped in, attacking the problems, rendering them absolutely conquered, and thus freed my vehicle from it's mechanical 'ailings'. In the 'territory' of SDR, the 'Rovik' gang will search out the 'villain' of a vehicle's problems and apprehend them, and put them '6 feet under'. more

Once again SDR has pleased us. Went in for an oil change and a squeaking noise in the engine, they diagnosed and fixed it within the hour! Also found a leak we did not know about, thank you so very much for your trusted service! more

I go to SDR for ALL my servicing needs. They do a very thorough check-over, in addition to topping off any fluids, and even a simple oil change is a pleasant experience, with their great staff and service. more

'Switch' on to customer care. 10/28/2015

It was only a simple HVAC knob needed for a chevy minivan. Nevertheless, our man Steve 'the roving wrench man', showing Customer[y] diligence in searching out the necessary part, has once again displayed due diligence, and retrieved the 'key' to a warmer vehicle. Steve's steady and even temperament helped maintain my vehicle's warm and even temperature. He will not leave you cold. more

I had SDR install 5 new tires for me, including a full-sized spare. They did it all AND smoothed the oxidized rims for an extraordinarily reasonable cost. They are the best people! more

Great comprehensive service at efficient prices 8/27/2015

At SDR they know how to identify and diagnose any maintenance/repair need. They can pinpoint most any automotive need comprehensively, and in the best way, and at a good price. Their service is neat and complete and not sloppy. They are like an oasis in a 'desert' of incompetent mechanics! more

Steve and mechanics had a very big mess to clean up that some very bad repair people I Michigan had made instead of doing the job correct!! Thank goodness we got it there in time before my granddaughter took it to Michigan again!! Now the repair is done right!!! more

Solid work, reliable, not inexpensive 6/26/2015

The owner is thorough, takes time to explain. Car runs well. Bobby is courteous and pleasant. One issue - why did my radio stations have to be reprogrammed? I just spent $1000. Not funny. Someone has too much free time. more
