I rented from SDL for 8 years. In all those years all concerns where taken care of. I always felt that not only where things managed well but were done in a timely manner. Danny and his team were always kind and professional. They made my renting experience a great one. I highly recommend their services. more

We were tenants for over a year and SDL was very responsive to the few problems we had with the property. They refunded out entire deposit after we moved out. I did thoroughly clean the home before leaving as this is part of the initial agreement in the lease. Overall we had a very positive experience with SDL. more

Great Management Company. I worked with SDL for a long time and they helped me turn my rental property around. It sat vacant for months under my former management company, and they managed to rent it out during the first week under them. I should have made the switch sooner. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working. more

I have rented forever and this is the third rental company that I have worked with and they are THE BEST. They are super friendly and willing to work with you. They usually reply to my request within an hour and are always ready to help. Their handy men are nice and trustworthy I just gave them the keys to the house and let them work without me there and have had no issues. If I ever rent a home I will use them as my management company. more

I am an absentee owner of three properties in the Temecula area, and I trust SDL to take care of things for me. They do the advertising, keep the units occupied with well screened tenants, handle all maintenance and repairs, and provide detailed reports from accounting. SDL's staff is always courteous and available to me when I need them. I've had an excellent experience with everyone. more
