We hired SAS to fix three leaking cracks in our basement wall and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! We weren't pressured to make an on-the-spot commitment and when the crew came to our house they could not have been any more diligent or respectful of our home than they were. We were also impressed by the follow-up we received after the job was finished just to make sure we were satisfied with the work, which we most definitely were! more

NEVER use these people! Tom is a good guy however They are always late. They just did my basement . A 2 day job turned out to be a 5 day job. The co-workers Took my beer 2 days in a row. So i told Tom about it. they were drinking on the job. They took my copper pipe. Tom replaced the beer but mean while co-workers kept there job, Three times Tom was suppose to be out . and never showed or called.Steve the owner apologized and gave us $50.00 . Then i had a leak on my basement. came through the wall and leaked on the floor. I called them Tom said he would be out on Saturday at 10:00am. Guess what. he never showed or called. I call Steve the owner that Monday. He said he would come out himself. and the office will call me to setup a appointment. They called while i was working. i missed the call. I called back left a message and never received a call back. One week has gone by. mean while i paid alot of money and what crappy service. I fixed my leak. so i will finish my basement. and if i get water in my basement i will sue the crap out of them! DO NOT use them turn away and get some real people! This place is a joke! more

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had recently with SAS Services. After discovering water in my basement, I contacted SAS. A crack in my basement needed to be sealed and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional. Not only was the job done in a timely fashion, but the technician made sure to thoroughly clean-up his work area prior to leaving.\r \r I would highly recommend SAS Services and will use them next year when I need to replace my roof.\r more

I am HORRIFIED by the service I received. I really could have spent $2,600 on a company that doesn't have an insane office manager, like Charlie at SAS. Spoke with owner regarding the fact that he called me, swore at me, insulted me and when I asked to speak to someone else... responded ""who the H---- do you think you're talking to?! I'm the OFFICE MANAGER"". While Steve was very polite and helpful when he came out to my house, I found the service after the sale very disappointing and was surprised to hear him excuse his office manager's behavior on the ""stress"" everyone at their company was feeling. more

We had a major Paver re installation, porch installation, cement walkway chimney cap and new cement parking area installed by SAS Services this summer can not say enough about their company and especially their construction foreman Dino! He supervised all aspects of the job. (a big one!) and he was just like you said hands on!!He found areas that needed to be repaired, had great suggestions and his supervision of the finished job was even more stringent than mine! He has come back several times to make sure we were satisfied. more

I just recently had my basement waterproofed by SAS Basement Waterproofing. I was very happy with all aspects of the service. The office had organized the proper plumbing and building permits needed for my work, they even schedule all of the inspections for my work. Everything was smooth and hassle free from the estimate to the completion of work. It was very, nice. Crew was also very polite and courteous. more

SAS is committed to making it right. They know their business, and they do have your best interest in mind. You need to nudge them a bit, especially on follow-up. They turned a bad situation into a good one. more

Thank You SAS !! Really 6/3/2011

Thank goodness for SAS's basement waterproofing system. We had their system installed during the spring due to years of previous water intake. For the week prior to Memorial Day weekend, when the rain did not seem like it was ever going to stop. Our waterproofing system stood its ground. After watching our basement and seeing no water come in all week, we were so releived to be able to go away for the long weekend without having to worry about coming home to a leaky basement. \r We are soo grateful. Your company is very lucky to have Mr. Tom Ladach employed at your company. He is one of the most pleasant, sincere, honest person that I have encountered as a sales representative. After the crew left I called him back because of a minor problem and he came right over and took care of it (and this was on his way home from work. How many employees do that) ! ? ! ! I think he deserves some recognition.\r \r Also\r \r The crew along with “William” acted very professional, (no slacking) The worked very very hard without non-stop and seemed to get along very well. Mr. Safie from S.A.S. Services came to my building and inspected the leak I was experiencing. Very fast he game me an estimate. S.A.S. Services returned to my building the next day to seal my entire basement.\r \r Thank you S.A.S. Services more

We had a problem with some bending walls in our basement, or they were 'bowing'. Anyways they had came out within a couple days of me calling. Very friendly worker they had visit me. They releaved the inward pressure on the walls from the outside. \r Very nice company to work with. more

I just had SAS Waterproofing finish sealing 4 leaks in my basement. As soon as I noticed the leaks from rain over the weekend I call. I had someone come and estimate the repairs and actually had the leaks fixed the followinday, yesterday. I'm very happy with the quality of service and just how fast the got the job. Great people, great company. more

Very Happy with SAS Waterproofing 3/22/2011

I had called SAS Waterproofing in the middle of the night with my basement flooding. I receiced a call back at about 7:30 in the morning from SAS and had someome at my home before 10am that day. I was really happy with the response time and friendly service. They were able to fix my sub pump and drain the remainder of the water. Very impressed!! more

Would Recommend 2/11/2011

I hired SAS because I wanted to finish my basement and I was having water leakage on one wall. They gave me a great price did a great job. I have piece of mind because of the lifetime warranty they gave. It doesn't mean nothing would ever happen it just means if it does they will take care of me. \r \r -a customer for life more

Amazing Company 12/22/2008

I really enjoyed working with this company. From the start to the finish the people I dealt with were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Once the job was completed I had a question about the system and the owner came out the next day and addressed my concerns. I am very pleased with SAS and highly recommend them. I am having them out in the spring for a roof bid. \r Pros: excellent customer service Cons: They don't paint more
