S&R Pools installed my above ground pool liner on June 21, 2011. Two weeks later the liner ripped and our 25'x15' pool collapsed flooding my neighbors houses and injuring my young niece. I contacted Shawn McGonagle of S&R pools and to this date have not received any satisfaction. He was very rude and unprofessional and did not offer any positive resolution to our problem i.e: no refund, no replacement, etc. Shawn claimed his installation was not the cause of the collapse and offered to contact the liner manufacturer (Merlin) but to this date no reponse from S&R Pools/Shawn. Better Business Bureau is also being ignored by S&R Pools. I would not recommend this company! I found this company online and I would not want another consumer to make the same mistake. Don't believe their customer service statement. Unfortunately there are several different numbers that I have called hoping for another contact and they all lead back to one person, Shawn, who I'm guessing is the owner, estimator and customer service representative of S&R Pools. After all of this, I am still hoping to get some customer satisfaction from S&R Pools. I'll keep you posted
