Good: Nothing. I would give negative stars if that was possible.. Bad: The service was slow. They increased the price after they "finished" working on the motor. All they did was put the WRONG size brushes on the motor, painted it, and then charged me $400+ dollars.. Improvements: The BBB shutting them down for fraud.. Other: I know nothing about motors. When my electrician attempted to install this motor, he opened it up, and the wires LITERALLY crumbled in his hands because they were so old. They did not even open the motor to look at the wires. Here's how I know they are a total fraud and ripped me off: The electrician took the motor to a now-retired motor man. In 3 wks, he re-wired the motor, ordered the proper size brushes, and replaced them. All for $30. He even told me how to get quality brushes for less than retail.. more

This is one of the best business in Mexico and the most honest. The guys can repair anything, and don't take a long time to find out what is wrong. Prompt quick service. I have never taken any type of motor to them that they have not been able to fix and at a very reasonable price. If something only cost a little bit to fix that is what you are charged not a arm and leg. more
