Absolutely Terrible - Do NOT let them touch your appliances 12/5/2016

Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge of appliances! Replaced nearly every component of a fridge and still not working. Solder joint on the "repair" broke 3 times each time they wanted a service call fee to "repair" again. So frustrated! more

Trouble Service 8/2/2013

This company is from the pit of HELL!!! They are very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Apparently, the techs that come out to fix your appliances are not capable, trained, nor equipped to do the job. If you need someone to fix an broken appliance... S & S Appliances is not the people for you. Please keep looking. more
