Worst Service Station in NC, Managers such as Bill Gretsinger or Bob West or Roger Rogers dont care how customers are treated. All are VERY rude and hateful, there employees are discourteous and lazy and are either sleeping, listening to rap music or goofing off. The gas pumps are always broken in some way whether its the pumps are down or the Speedpass doesnt work or the carwash is broken. always an excuse and its always someone eles fault. the store never takes responsibility for ther actions and problems. And be warned if your using a credit card or debit card inside the store because fraudulent charges will start appearing on your statements espicially cartons of cigarettes and gasoline charges that are like 70.00 dollars a whack when you know your own car will not hold that much fuel even if your completely empty and filling up with the highest price premium in town. All in all BE WARNED B4 stopping at this Exxon gas station owned by Worseley coorporation. Its a miracle there not completely bankrupt. No wonder there being investigated. Pros: great if you want to be treated like a 3rd world immigrant Cons: gas pumps broken, speedpass doesnt work, car wash broken, suspicious fraudulent charges placed on debit and credit cards more

Almost everytime I have gone to this store the gas pumps will not accept my debit card that others have no problems with. Also their pumps when you do get self service never have receipts forcing you to go inside, esp. if you need the code for the car wash. You tell their employees and they shrug and say there is nothing they can do about it. The place is not worthy of receiving my money. Pros: None if you just want gas Cons: No receipts in gas pumps, forcing you to go inside more
