Ryzen Homes

Ryzen Homes, LLC were building a day care center for me on my property. They had used material that was not children friendly and they didn't do anything about it. Generally, they were all a bunch of good guys; it was just the supervisor or general contractor that was unwilling to help. Take your chances: it's gambling. Right now, I don't recommend them to anybody when they ask because I tell them what happened to me. more

Aaron and Ryzen Homes is great! We were frustrated because the house we wanted didn't fit on the lot we bought. He worked like a dog to make a house that fit perfectly on the lot and he knew exactly what he was doing. The execution of the design was perfect and we couldn't be happier! I have already recommended Aaron of Ryzen Homes many times. He does top notch work, and after he built our home he answered any questions. Even a year after the fact he came over to take care of some things. He does work on his own time for us, ignoring warranties, free of charge. The crew was excellent, friendly, and went the extra mile. We've been living in the house about 4 years now and we love it! Being an out-of-state customer from the beginning, I wasn't able to be here for the whole build, but the contractor from Ryzen Homes provided me with detailed information and photos on a daily basis. I was very happy to have that because I wasn't close by. The different times I came up, I was satisfied with Ryzen Homes progress. We were able to move in the day they said we would move in. There were a couple of bumps and it was challenging, but they were up to the challenge. They lived up to their claims that any problems would be dealt with as soon as possible and they were. I was able to call and get a response within a couple of days to have someone come over. My wife and I were very satisfied. Make sure that you do your homework and know what you are looking for. Ask questions and try to get any options that you can afford. Upgrading is good if you can afford it. It makes a big difference. I would recommend Ryzen Homes. more
