Amazing. Made a reservation on what seemed like a cheap van rental. Arrived and had to wait 1.5 hours and got a diesel truck. Credit card was immediately charged $200 deposit (which they didn't mention), then I was refunded the difference several days later. more

Not worth the supposed savings 12/12/2009

I recently rented a truck from Ryder to help move my sister in CT, which meant I had to drive from MA to CT and back to return the truck. Pros: None Cons: Poor service, over charge, bad quality more

Stay Away!!! 9/20/2008

I recently used Ryder to move to South Boston, and thought it was great since there was a location right around the corner. In the past, I have used UHAUL and have had great success, but thought since I wouldn't have to go far to return the truck, I would try Ryder this time. more
