Run from Ryder truck rental unless you like surprises 5/29/2009

I booked a Ryder truck rental online for my upcoming apartment move 4-weeks in advance. I called the Morrisville location to confirm and all was well. I reconfirmed again 2 weeks prior to my move. Then one day before my move, there is a message on my answering machine from Morrisville Ryder truck rental telling me that no trucks will be available for me on my reserved day. When I called back, they were no help and told me to read the part on the website that says "subject to availability". I did. The fine print is there, so beware! Cons: They could not honor my confirmed reservation more
