I was in a car accident and injured my right shoulder. i was refered to Dr. Krasnick, who was wonderful. I was diagnosed with a rotater tear and wanted to take the more prudent road for my care. I began Physical therapy and saw Dr. Krasnick frequently throughout my treatment. I was so pleased that he not only remembered me everytime I saw him but would often ask about my daughter who had come along for a few appts. He would share stories of his daughter and I was relaxed by his wonderful bedside manner. As time progressed my insurance company was giving them a hard time with payment so the ladies in the front office became my advocates in getting the insurance to pay. This took several years but the office staff always made arrangements when they were refused payment. They set me up with a payment plan that didnt burden me but still allowed for my care. Over the years of care, I switched to Dr. Ryan when I was to have the surgery. As with Dr. Krasnick, he was very attentive to my needs. He repaired 2 tears and had to attach screws or hooks to hold the tendon in place. He also shaved down some spurs and removed bursitis. After surgey I was again set up for Physical therapy and would check in the the Drs. at Rancocas. I sometimes saw Dr. Ratner, too. He also showed deep concern for my care. I cant image anyone getting poor care at Rancocas Orthopedic Assoc.. I suppose not everyone understands there is a level of responsibilty of the patient.
Pros: Personalized Care
Cons: Occasional long wait and the waiting room TV had horrible reception
