Linda A. Ryan has a general civil litigation practice handling trust & probate litigation, trust administration, probate, real property law, landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing law, business law, and commercial litigation. Ms. Ryan received her Juris Doctor degree from Empire College School of Law where she graduated cum laude. She received the West Publishing Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Scholastic Excellence. Ms. Ryan is a current member of the California Bar Association and the Sonoma County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all California Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Linda Ryan is a past president and current member of the Board of Directors for North Coast Rental Housing Association. She is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the California Apartment Association (CAA). She is a former volunteer attorney at the Santa Rosa Council on Aging and a former member of the Sonoma County Ombudsmen Board of Directors. She was a substitute professor of Civil Procedure and Legal Research at Empire School of Law, and taught legal courses at Sonoma State University and California State University Stanislaus.
