I have had to call 1.800 number to find out that he hadn't even forwarded or processed my info to Nationwide.
Recently, which most upsets me is, I thought he put through a certain coverage on my policy and I come to find out today that he hadn't.
IF person driving my car would have had an accident I would NOT have been covered all due to Ryan's Negligence.
Glad he is no longer listed with Nationwide. (which I found out this morning after calling 1-800 number. He didn't even have the decency to tell me that in our 10 min conversation before I called main office.
