Very down to earth and helpfull owners. 9/17/2010

First let me start off by saying I am not an employee, in fact I was only there one time. My mom does all here title, tags and anything else involving pendot she has never had a problem. I went with her to see how much a title replacement would be I was laid off have a nonworking car that has been sitting in my driveway for months because I couldn't afford to get my title which I need to get a junkyard to take it and they are the cheapest out of anyother place around no $60.00 charge for a copy of a title I lost. I don't know why anybody who has been there would say they are a rip off, if anything they are the ones who are getting ripped off with how little they charge. I never purchased a car from them but I was there while one of them were being sold ,and there was no beating around the bush. She was stright forward, and showed him the car inside and out. If you had a bad experience there I am 100% sure they are not to blame the cars are priced according to the condition of the car. I can assure you if you want a affordable honest place Ryan's is it and for all the negative remarks not one of them stated the price, year, and condition of the car they bought you get what you pay for the only difference is at other dealerships you pay much more. A used car is a used car what do you expect for the price you are paying. Good luck finding a place that really rips you off! more

Car Dealership? They mean junkyard. 8/17/2010

This place wasn't worth the drive, after one look at this modern day sanford and son, i realized it was a waste of time. i read the reviews before my trip there and i think the positive reviews must be from the employees there. i never stepped foot onto the gravel lot, so i cant say if they had any good deals but if you don't mind stepping over trash to look at cars, this place is for you. what a joke.\r more

Ryan Family Auto is the worst 5/5/2010

Watch out for the owner of this run down dump. This is the worst place in the county to buy a used car. Some guy named Chuck runs the place and is a complete know it all who makes dumb remarks. They're cars are filthy and run down on their dirt lot. Poor quality of service, plus the office looked like a complete mess; old food laying around , trash can tipped over....very unprofessional. I asked to test drive a Mitsubishi, which had stains all over the seats and absolutely no gas in the car. Who knows where they get there cars...stay away!!!! Cons: people more

Ryan Family Quakertown 4/20/2010

As opposed to other dealers in Quakertown, this one is a pleasure to deal with. The sales guys are the no-pressure type, and the boss is a great guy. They even let me borrow a convertible for the day to see if I liked it on long rides and around town! Nice! Selection could be bigger, but that's because they just don't have the room. And don't worry, they'll find the car you want if they don't have it! Pros: great customer service Cons: selection more

Beware of Ryan's Family Auto Sales Rip Off City!!!!! 4/14/2010

Recently purchased a truck from Ryan's family auto. Within four hours of the purchase and a statement from the salesman that the motor in the truck had less then 20,000 Miles on it and 5,000 dollers being put into the motor. It lasted exactly 15 miles. I went back to the dealership to discuss the situation and i got a complete run around on stories of the truck. Turns out the truck had been on the lot for over a year. They told me two months. I asked to speak to the owner and he did return my call and after expressing my concerns, I politely asked for his name at which time he hung up on me. I tried to do a carfax report and the vin # is not reconized. The title remained open from the previous owner for over a year while on his lot. And they did a direct transfer from the previous owner, meaning they never actually owned the truck to sell. This is bad buissness practice and beware!! of any purchase you may want to make at this car lot. Pros: No Pro's Cons: Complete Rip Off more

One of the best deals! 4/10/2010

I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for quite some time. I saw Ryan Family's ad on autotrader and called for more information. They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and told me all the details about the car. Stopped in 2 days later for a test drive, fell in love with the car and they gave me a free warranty for 6 months! I have been driving this car for close to 9 months now and has not given me any trouble at all. Just want to say thanks for a great car deal. Will refer my friends and family! Pros: Extra clean, FREE warranty, nice people. more

Great dealership, friendly people, & low prices 3/19/2010

Stopped by Ryan Family Auto Sales 2 weeks ago with no intentions on purchasing yet. The salesman Chris was so helpful in finding the right car that was big enough and reliable for me and my three kids. I ended up falling in love with a beautiful Windstar for a fraction of the cost of any other dealers' vehicle. It also came with a free 6 month warranty, how can you beat that?? If your looking for some friendly folks I would definitely recommend stopping by to see them. Thanks! Pros: fast service & free warranty more

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever stepped foot on. 6/29/2008

I was looking for a car I could use for work and when looking online I found what seemed to be a great deal on a car I liked. My girlfriend called and they confirmed that they had the car listed on the internet. They even offered to stay because we were driving 60 miles to get there. When we got there, the car wasn't even there. So we waited and finally the owner ""Chuck"" brought it. It said that the car was 3499 but on the website it said 2799. No big deal. We took it for a test drive and it seemed to run really good. We started negotiating and he wouldn't even offer the warranty that said ""included"" right on the windshield because of the price we wanted the car for. After and hour and a half we finally got the car where we wanted it ""with"" a warranty. Before we left he said, don't use the warranty until you get the card in the mail. Sounded weird but whatever, so after a month of not getting the so called card in the mail I called the warranty company. They said they never recieved paperwork. So after 3 months of trying to find out why they didn't send it in, we called the credit card company and the issued the money we paid for it and refunded us. 2 weeks later we get a call on our machine from Ryan Family auto saying why did we get a refund, that they sent it in and we always had a warranty but the funny thing was I even called the warranty company after that and they hadn't recieved anyting still. Needless to say they tried to rip us off and we ended up wining in the long run.\r Bad Place to ever even think about getting a car from and don't let the prices fool you. It is a dump and the people there are worthless to deal with!!! Cons: Everything more
