Ruzhen Mongolian Grill

My husband and I went to Ruzhen yesterday after researching for Mongolian grill on this website.It had good user reviews so we decided to try it out.And we were happy that we did.Food is fresh and grilled in front of you,you can also have rice and side sauces are nice add on.Try Mongolian and Curry sauce,very tasty.There are a lot of tables and boots and its clean.It's also very affordable,dinner for adult is $7.99,that's w/out soda which is less than $1.50 and comes w free refills.They dont have waiters and you bus your own table,but that was ok with us.The only thing we did not like is no easy parking, as the restaurant is on busy University Way. Or at least it seems like it when you sit down and attempt to devour one of the best meals for your dollar the ave has to offer. Start with an empty bowl, fill it to the top with your choice of meats, veggies, and sauces, and watch it get cooked to perfection right in front of you. Friendly staff and a large eating environment with plenty of booths and tables to sit at. Even bar style seating by the front windows to people watch. Definitely one of my favorite spots! Try it out! A friend of mine took me out to dinner here a few months ago and it soon became my favorite restaurant on The Ave. For only $10 I had enough food to last me for lunch and dinner the next day! I also loved the fact that you could completely create your own meal with so many choices of meats, vegetables and sauces. If the main dish isn?t enough rice and salad also come free with every meal! more

I guess I'm the first one to review this place. I live about two doors down and for the last two years have loved this restaurant. The family that owns it is always friendly and personable. I've always been greeted with a smile and genuinely thanked for patronized the establishment. The food is always good and I love making it myself, then watching the chef cook it right in front of me.(always to perfection, never overcooked) Granted, it's on the Ave, but it's kind of entertaining watch all those retards while you eat. You should definitely check this place out, Ive always gone to Chang's but now go here because of the friendly owners and the great food.
