I've been to Ruth Chris in NY and this location and both are my favorite places on earth. I can't wait for my next steak pilgramage. more

On Sunday night, which was my birthday, I decided to take myself out to dinner as a gift to me! I don't have a boyfriend or husband at this time....but would like one, so I still wanted to treat myself for my big day.\r \r I was greeted by a really nice valet parking guy as I pulled up and he was very patient as I fiddled with my keys to give him just the car key before going into the restaurant.\r \r He held the door open for me as I entered the Steakhouse like a perfect gentleman. I love it! Chivalry is truly not dead and that is a blessing to me as I do respect a gentleman who is kind.\r \r As I entered the restaurant and went to the hostess, she called me by name because I made the reservation online about one hour earlier. It made me feel at home.\r \r Since the dining room was almost completely empty, I agreed that I would like to sit at the bar as there were other people having dinner in there as well. Again, they made me feel very comfortable.\r \r All I can say is the food is great there, the service is wonderful and the staff is very kind. \r \r I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone for special occasions and for those who can afford to spend a little more on a great meal....eat there as often as you can.\r \r God bless you Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Ruth Chris Sreakhouse may be expensive, but it's worth it. It blows all the other highend steak joints out of the water. The meat is perfectly done. Cooked to perfection. You savour every morsel. If you want to impress out of town guests forget about Mortons etc. Come on over to Ruth Chris'. You won't be sorry.
