Stellar Steaks 12/19/2002

How could anyone even put ""Outhouse Steak House"" as a second to Ruth's? An insult to an establishment that offers one of the finest dining experiences and stellar cuisine that is out of the world not to mention service that is second to none. Outback may offer dining that an inner-city resident thinks is what steak is all about but Ruths truly separates the classes and the discriminating diner. Ruth's Chris rocks the Steak House 12/13/2002

Ruth's Chris Steak House is clearly one of the best restaurants in the Detroit area. The steaks arrive at the table sizziling and are cooked to perfection. The restaurant has a great wine list and the service is outstanding in a modestly elegant atmosphere. Ruth's Chris Steak House is an experience not to be missed. I took a trip to Ruth's Chris Steak House last fall. My father and I both ordered filet mignon (medium rare). The steaks were the best I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is top-notch. This place makes a fantastic outing for any special occasion. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the pricing, it could be slightly less, but i guess you have to pay for the best there is. Don't forget to make a reservation. :-) Pros: food, service, environment Cons: price more
