I had two bad customer service experiences with this company. The reason I went to the body shop was because the insurance company wanted to pull it apart and piece it out since it was on the verge of being totaled. I had two other body men tell me it was totaled. I asked the woman up front to call me after the tear apart before anything was repaired. Two days after not hearing anything I called and asked them what was going on. She transferred me to the body man and he said he was in the middle of ordering parts for it and it was $100 shy of being totaled and it was on schedule to be repaired. I told him to not touch it because I wanted to talk to the insurance company. The insurance company looked at it and claimed it totaled. Had I not called, he would have repaired it, without my permission. When I went to clean out the car, they were very rude. I'm 24, and the woman at the desk treated me as if I was 10. She told me I would have to come back to get the plate because I didn't call ahead (which I did that morning). I'm glad I didn't have any actual work done by them. I can't attest to how well of a job they do on body work, but their customer service was rude and not communicating with me. I work in Quality Control for a large corporate company, if the woman at the desk was one of my employees and I got this complaint I would have pulled her from customer service.
