My father took me to this bar in 1957 when I was too small to see over it. That was then, times change. I had a Coke. To this day the rustic, hand made pine bar, now over 70 years old, exudes memories of real cowboys, real pioneers. The friendly, matter of fact atmosphere is complemented by photographs, paintings, mounted trophies, and the accumulated patina of history. This is a real bar, not to be confused with a ""club."" Don't mis it if you are lucky enough to pass through Dubois, Wyoming, a bastion of the way the west used to be. Oh, yes, the in-house steakhouse still serves great beef!
Pros: Approachable people, The regulars are cool, A feast for the eyes
Cons: None come to mind
