My experience with Russ's concrete was a mixed bag. \r
\r
The Good- When work begins, Russ's Concrete performs quickly and effectively. It may be too early to tell, but it seems that their work is fairly superior.\r
\r
The Bad- It appears that they have many commercial customers, and commercial customers seem to come first. We met with severe delays in every step of the process, from bid appointments, return of the bids, payment, and the work itself. None of these delays were necessary, and I was only contacted about a pending delay on one occasion. They don't answer their phone consistently; nor do they return messages. Prices for additional services seem very high.\r
\r
As I stated, Russ's Concrete performs great work---once it's finally performed. Also, I'd highly recommend getting any promises in writing. It's speculative at best to believe that any verbal agreements will be honored.
