We found this school through our friends. Their 2 children graduated from RSM years ago - both went to the best colleges thanks to their top SAT scores. Last year we brought our children to RSM and they both loved the fun, structured, program. My children also enjoyed having excellent teachers (my son is really going to miss Ms. L next year). In class there is no drilling; a teacher explains every new topic in several ways, until everyone understands. For practice they get a lot of unusual logical problems which they discuss in class and also take home for homework. Our kids come out of the class excited every time. If they get behind or if we go on vacation, the school provides free tutoring. I can talk to the teacher any time after class. Both kids made great smart friends and this is one more reason why we all enjoy going to RSM every week. Overall, this program is perfect for the parents who realize that a really good math education will take years - but at RSM this should not be a problem.
Pros: Excellent teachers, good curriculum, great parent community
