Not a lot of experience outside the delivery room,if you need more than that look up an internal Doctor!

What a rip off! 1/25/2012

This is the only Dr I've ever had that required an office appt before accepting me as a patient. This was a big waste of my time to go into her office to fill out a bunch of their forms, sit in a waiting room for way too long, and then answer a bunch of questions about my health history. And here is the worst part, I received a $240 bill afterwards that their office was unwilling to discuss and is threatening to send to collections if I don't pay it. Sorry, Dr's are a dime a dozen and this one is nothing more than a rip off!!!! more

Not Impressed 11/11/2011

I completely agree with reviewer Gretchen C. I spent too much time under this doctor's care, which I also found to be cold and indifferent. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I just regret staying with her as long as I did. more

This doctor can be very cold and indifferent if you suffer from something she can't diagnose. Will treat you like a hypochondriac. more

You will not find a better Doctor 9/6/2010

Good: I have seen Dr. Russell for 20 years now and at time Dr. Mears. I am so thankful to have been refered to Doctor Russell years ago. When my son was in the hospital for 2 1/2 mo. She came in to see us when she got back from vacation. I did not expect that because she did not know anything that was happening. 12 years ago I had to see Dr. Mears because my son was sick & Dr Russell was not on call that weekend. I could not afford to take him to the ER, she opened up her theri Hillsbor office for me. WOW!. Bad: Not A thing. Other: Those two are a great team!. more

Amazing Doctor 7/2/2010

Dr. Russell has been my doctor for 20 years. She delivered my baby and has been his doctor for 10 years. She has also been my parents' doctor. She is amazing. We all absolutely adore her and have received the best health care from her over the years. Thank you Dr. Russell! more

I've been a patient of Dr. Jill Russell for 12 years. I've always had the best experience with their office. I would recommend Sunset Family Health Center to anyone looking for a safe place and wonderful doctors. more
