I would absolutely recommend this salon! I went in today with hair that I didn't feel great about and left with a cut that I absolutely love! Nino did an excellent job and gave me a unique style different than any other cut I've ever had. For someone who usually gets nervous going to a new salon, Nino and his staff made me feel very comfortable and excited for a new style. I plan on becoming a regular customer. As some of the other reviews say, Nino is definitely an expert at what he does! more

As Nino said so perfectly today, ""what most stylists don't get is that your hair is an extension of your personality."" He gets it. Nino took the time to not simply listen to what i wanted, but to get to know me in a very short period of time. My hair is a spot on reflection of me. And the cut and color are AMAZING...simply the best i have ever had. If you are looking for a true professional, who is passionate about his work and his clients experience, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone in the salon is friendly and attentive. I could not recommend Runway highly enough. I walked out of the salon today feeling beautiful and confident, every woman should have this experience! more

Awesome Sylist & Amazing Salon 9/5/2011

I just got THE most amazing hair cut of my life this weekend!! I booked an appointment with Nino. It was my first time at this salon and he is the best hairstylist to ever cut my hair. He is truly an expert at his craft! I have received so many compliments already and it's only been a few days. It's amazing what a difference a really good hair cut makes!! I am definitely happy with my hair and have already booked my next appointment. Can't wait!! more

OUTSTANDING HAIR STYLIST 8/27/2011

I went to Runway Salon based solely on the reviews I found on the internet. EVERYONE gave 5 stars. I hadn't had a ""real style"" for years and wanted someone knowledgeable to tell me based on my features what would work best for me. Nino was the expert I was looking for. Both his sharp sense of style and precision cutting were amazing. He was completely focused on my hair and didn't stop until it was perfect. You have to try this place... definitely 5 STARS! more

I have finally found my hair stylist ""soul mate"". Nino is amazing, he does exactly what you want...and if you don't know what you want, he'll know what to do. Nino was able to create the hair color I wanted for years...no other stylist has even come close to what he did. He is a perfectionist, unbelievably talented, and I will never stray away. more

Finally a hair salon that can deliver! After years of searching for a hairstylist that can listen to what I WANT, my search is over. My stylist took time with me for my consultation. He listened to what I wanted and what I envisioned my hair would look like. He offered his opinion and gave me excellent advice and tips. THE best haircut of my life!! I get soooo many compliments. Totally, totally awesome feeling. Still loving it! Recommended to all!!! more

Finally found an elite hair salon that provides an elegant atmosphere, caters to my needs, offers complete pampering and has exceptional products. When I called to book my appointment, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful in booking my services. The atmosphere is great and relaxing. The stylists are skilled and knowledgable. My hair looks so beautiful. The color has totally surpassed all expectations. I look and feel gorgeous. I am very happy with the results. It's no wonder this hair salon is award winning. I am thinking about booking an appointment for a Keratin treatment. Will let you know how that goes! This hair salon has my full recommendation. more

THE ONLY ONE FOR ME 11/9/2010

Kudos to this very talented group of hairstylists. My hair looks fantastic and feels unbelievably soft. Words cannot express how happy I am with my haircut! It compliments my features, is versatile and requires very little maintenance. My service included an intense conditioning treatment to repair and protect my hair. I can't say enough about this salon. It's the best place I've found in the area. Al is amazing!! If you're gonna go to Runway...see Al for any color service or haircut . My highlights and lowlights are so beautiful that I can't even begin to describe it. A work of genius!!! more

Supreme Service At Runway Salon 10/13/2010

I recently had my hair cut and colored at Runway Hair Salon. The stylists did an excellent job with my hair. My hair looks radiant! My color is rich and glossy, my hair cut is awesome and my hair has been repaired with an amazing conditioning treatment I had done. My hair looks and feels silky smooth! I found this hair salon on Citysearch and am grateful for that. Thanks Citysearch! I would recommend this hair salon to anyone looking for a new look and in desparate need of repairing their damaged hair. more

Runway Salon is amazing! I have been to many salons over ther years and this is by far the best. I am usually a lighter blonde, but with the summer over and looking a little washed out, Rebecca suggested some low lights. What a difference it made. I can't say enough about the cut, it looks salon done even when I do it! more

This salon is spectacular. I had full highlights and a hair cut and my hair looks beautiful. I saw a promo on their website for a free hair cut with a color and made an appointment. A great price, no doubt. Recommended. Already voted for them on Citysearch. Definitely going back again. more

Looking & Feeling Fabulous, 9/4/2010

thanks to an amazing hair cut and highlights from Al. I can honestly say I have never looked better! Before I tried this salon, my hair was frizzy and dull and my haircuts were nothing to rave about. But Al performed his magic and transformed my hair! I look & feel amazing and it's all thanks to Al, thanks guy! See you in 4 weeks! more

Runway is a beautiful salon. Nice decor and very clean and spa like feeling. A very good first impression when I first walked in! The salon manager was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The hairstylist was a master! She was very knowledgable about hair types and knew exactly what suited me best. She recommended a length shorter than I'm normally used to with more texture. Happy I went for it! It looks great! I got salon healthy, refreshed hair at a refreshingly low price. Alot less than I normally pay. Will definitely go back again. more

Spectacular Hair Salon 8/11/2010

Went to Runway Salon yesterday for a haircut and blowdry. I am very happy with my hair. Gorgeous results. My hair looks hot! It's weightless and smooth. Runway Gloss Drops is a great styling product. They used it on my hair yesterday and I decided to buy it. It gives my hair spectacular shine and hi-lustre. The dryness has disappeared! This salon is excellent. It gets my approval, and that's saying alot. more

A Completely Fantastic Experience 8/2/2010

I have been to numerous hair salons and spas searching for someone who can do my hair they way I want it. After having a great consultation, I was serviced by the most skilled hairstylists that I've ever seen. They worked on my hair through consultation, coloring, cutting and finishing. It was great. I felt like they were really into servicing their clients and not just rushing you in and out of the salon. They have wonderful staff at every level, from check in to check out. My hair color and hair cut turned out phenomenal. I could tell I made a good choice in going to this salon by witnessing the satisfaction amongst other customers in the hair salon as well. Runway Salon has everything I want and need and thankfully I can now stop searching. I found a hair salon that has it all. My hairstylists were Al for color and Rebecca for blow dry and hair cut. The Best Hair Cut I Ever Had! 7/19/2010

Finally found a stylist that can cut my hair. Everytime I get my hair done, I'm always unhappy about something but not this time. Runway Salon is great. Al (my stylist) did my hair the way I like it. I found this salon online and contacted them them thru their website. Lucky for me! I had a hair cut and a shine treatment for a great price. Tried other salons in Newburyport before but this is the best in Newburyport! Pros: Service, Skill, Price more
