Rumpke Consolidated Co Inc

Today my trash was not picked up so I called and was told my service has been cut off. I asked why and they said I was 90 days over due I reminded them that they bill in ADVANCE FOR SERVICES YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET! I also reminded them that I have been a Rumpke customer since 1961 which is over 50 years and have never cheated them out of one cent. Unfortunately I have had heath problems and have been very sick but they didn't seem to give a crap YOU JUST GET CUT OFF. I think this is really awful guess how much I owed them 74.00 after paying them for years they cut me off for 74.00 UNBELIEVEABLE!!! more

Worse company to use! Eveyone needs to switch there service to a CSI or another company! They don't honor there contracts, they don't pick up when they are supposed to, there customer service department is the worse! BEAWARE!!!!! more

I've decided to write a review in light of the ABSURD comments left below. If people get bad service from a company and choose to write about it, it's not some big conspiracy to shut down the big corporation. Give me a break. This company has a proven track record of being late , breaking cans, throwing them into yards, leaving them in driveways, no matter how many times you call and ask that your personal property be respected! They also have a history of poor customer service and the people there act as if it's an inconvenience to have to speak with the people who pay for the services they provide. I say, why bother ? Look elsewhere for collection service and save yourself the headache. more

I agree with the last posting about Rumpke being a great Company and I just wanted to say that my driver does a very neat job he is very friendly and is a very hard worker. A+++ Would definetly recomend this comany if you are deciding which company you will have remove your household waste. Pros: Great Driver Cons: noting that I can think of more

Although Like the Succesful Walmart, Rumke has small groups with load voices who try to shut down large successful companies. So contrary to the few ignorant people with yard sighns and who show up at Colerain Township meetings and try and make up trash, Rumpke is a Great Company. I worked there while going to college and learned a lot of good work ethics. While working there for many years I observed how gernerouse the Rumpke family is to its comunity schools and area improvements. The Rumpke family has obviously been successful and therefore have resistance to progess. Although seeing Rumpke from the otherside I have seen the extreems they go to keep down the dust, dirt, smell and negative impression. Their Safty department works hard to have the Safest crew of drivers on the road possible. I often wonder why in America people try to stop companies from growing or just runing there buisness when they follow every rule and regulation regarding there business and who make such a possitive impact in their community. Really isn' t America the land of oppertunity ? or is that just until you get ""too big"". I would just suggest before you say ewe a trash company take one of there free tours and make your own opinion, I am sure you will agree that Rumpke is a 5 Star company. I had to wait over 4 minutes this morning while a driver block my street. I live on a cul-de-sac and no other way out. 3 other cars were behind getting their kids to a bus stop, luckily they made it! Pros: BIG Cons: rude drivers/customer service more
