It took over 6 weeks to receive furniture that was supposedly 'in stock'. In addition, there were flaws on the dresser drawers, several of the drawers weren't installed evenly and scrape the drawer below when being closed.
The customer service to resolve these issues has been pretty much non existent. After months of exchanging emails, phone calls, resending of pictures, and a request for a contact name/number at Ashely Furniture, my emails are now being ignored. Needless to say, it looks like I'm stuck with this furniture unless I engage the appropriate consumer bureau to assist.
