Ruffinos is a place that has good food but the service is not great at lunch time. The waitress is not very friendly and somewhat rude. I am reluctant to go there for lunch because of the service. I have never been there at dinner time. The portions are a bit inconsistent too. Sometimes you get a good portion and sometimes you feel that they must have been trying to stretch the food. more
