Rudy's Pizzeria

I think there pizza is the best in town. It keeps me coming back. I've never had a problem with the service, unlike some other reviews I've read. more

I am the type of person that will give an establishment more than one chance at giving good customer service. I recognize that it is hard to please everyone, however Rudy's gives consistently bad service. The pizza is amazing, they offer vegan options and have whole-wheat and white crust, so it is hard not to go back when those are things you want in a pizza. It has come down to ordering delivery, and even then the person who answers the phone still manages to make me regret giving my business and money to such an establishment. It is ridiculous that nothing has been done about training their employees because across the board, most can agree that they do not know how to treat their loyal customers. Maybe we should all take a stand and write the owner a letter, because two years of reviews claiming their service is sub par hasn't worked. more

I have been a customer of Rudy's since last year, and yes they have one of the best pizza's in Bellingham. However, they CONSISTENTLY have terrible customer service. I actually don't think they have a normal, customer-centered employee working there. If you are looking for good pizza, go there, but if you want a normal person with the BASIC customer service skills, don't go here, you will be greatly disappointed. I visited Rudy's Pizzeria a couple of days ago to show a buddy from out of town a ""typical"" Bellingam dinner; pizza and beer. After discovering the amazing thin crust that Rudy's offers, I haven't stopped taking visiting friends for a hearty dinner after a great day of shredding Baker. Super relaxed atmosphere, recycling, cheap beer from the ""Up,"" and most the most diverse topping selection in town make this my ""local spot"" to share with buddies from out of town. more

I agree with the other reviewers that the service is terrible. I ordered a pizza and they couldn't find my house (which is a normal house on a normal street). When I called to check on the delivery, they told me that my house number must be wrong - that it didn't exist. Obviously it does, and they just didn't want to try and find it again - but rather than admit that, they came up with their ridiculous excuse. Cons: Terrible service more

the service is awful. They had only two people working in the dining area on a pretty busy night, where they should've had easily twice as many servers. It took them over 40 minutes to make our pizza, then they ended up giving it to a different table so we had to wait for them to remake it. Hippie/stoner working at the cash register also messed up our drinks. Total dining time? Over two hours. The pizza is decent, but definately not worth that kind of wait. Hopefully this place turns around when they merge it with the Up&up, until then there's a ton of other options with better service and prices. I used to work as a pizza taster for a major pizza company yet, I can assure you, never once there did I taste a better pizza there than ""Rudy's Pizzeria"" makes! And at such a great price! I will never go anywhere else for my pizza fix. Pros: great value, wonderful product Cons: none that I could fin more

Rudy's is awesome! I just moved here to Bellingham and my husband and I heard Rudy's was great for pizza. It is the best pizza I've ever had! They have great specials - especially on Wednesdays. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is great. I would definitely recommend this place! Pros: delicious, great prices, great specials more
