Pork Loin Baby! 7/28/2006

Order a pork loin sandwich, cole slaw, and iced tea.. Pick it up and proceed to the onions, jalapenos, and what-not. Sit down next to a window. Remove bun and apply a healthy dose of Rudy's hot sauce, slather on the cole slaw, onions, and cut up your jalapeno leaving some seeds for the burn and place all on top of the pork loin. Eat! Eat baby! Eat! Sip your iced tea and repeat the process over and over. Enough said. more

Rudy’s is a great place in Waco to get Barbeque. It has a cafeteria style line that contains barbeque, ribs, turkey, sausage and all the fixings. The atmosphere is cute with an old Western Style. You pay for the meat by the pound. They always have a clean place and you can even get breakfast tacos in the morning. more

Best Barbeque in waco 4/4/2006

OMG, so i went to rudy's like my first week at baylor, and i can truly say, i've never experienced barbeque like that. I don't even like barbeque and theirs was to die for! The price is not bad either, and they have EVERYTHING from brisket, to fixings, to ham, turkey, every thing barbeque is available at Rudy's. The people are real nice and friendly (probably because they were students and understood my hunger lol) but i loved the atmosphere and the family feeling there. Rudy's gets an A + more

Great BBQ!!! 4/2/2006

Rudy's is one of our favorite BBQ places. Great brisket, sausage and ribs. Have your choice of two great sauces, Rudy's regular BBQ sauce and Rudy's Sissy sauce. Rudy's is pretty much a no frills place with an old country store atmosphere. You place your order at the counter, so service is not a very big issues, but the service they do give is always friendly and prompt. more
