I've heard so much about this place I seen it on the food network I have been so excited to visit for over a year finally had the opportunity to go. yet to buy everything separate yet to really know what you want when you go there first negative they don't have combo plates so you can just get in and get out I ordered the ribs big mistake if you're hungry. There wasn't even enough meat to feed a five-year-old it was ridiculous for small bones if you really take the meat off you could only make half a sandwich that's one piece of bread folded in half very pitiful I was upset over that but it was like I was eating a free sample that I paid 10 bucks for so I had to go back and order brisket of course I'm ordering single orders because I'm assuming that they feed an adult so long story short I ended up ordering three single orders just to get the equivalent of a McDonald's Angus burger meal and even then I am more full with that than I was with three single orders from Rudy's BBQ the Rub was good the meat was okay take deep pockets if you're hungry because it will cost you if you order single orders for everyone my recommendation is going in order pounds my big mistake is not understanding that they're very stingy with their meat.I have been to many barbecue places in Texas not your 7/11 or Town & Country's I mean real BBQ places and by far without a doubt Rudy's BBQ gives the smallest portions a super disappointment in that department.
