As a party of 8 we made reservations days in advance. The tables had been pushed together but not set. Our drink order was taken in fair time but then service was extremely slow even though there were more staff than customers. It was obvious that none of the staff had been properly trained or were being trained. Our waiter Ben was friendly, courteous and really knew the menu but was kind of lost beyond that. We had a total of 6 different staff members at the table who included "one of" the managers, the cook who came out of the kitchen to correct us on the terms for cooking steak (which was fried not fired), and numerous people bringing plates of incorrectly cooked or plated food while the table was already filled with dirty plates. Save your money... you're going to get Denny's level food only with much worse service and a higher bill.
