I am not sure why restaurant chains like Ruby Tuesdays flourish while independently operated restaurants are closing left and right. We shared a terrible quesadilla and each ordered a hamburg platter. Our dinners included an uninspired salad bar. Even with a 2/1 coupon I won't be returning. more
