I've been a patient of Dr Rubinstein of Rubinstein and Ducoff for over 15 years. To a person the staff is extraordinarily friendly and professional. They make the routine pleasant and special treatments (root canal:-()bearable. They've immediately accommodated me with early morning appts in emergencies. I almost wish I had to go more often. more

Rubenstein & Ducoff's offices are always running on-time and efficiently. There is virtually no wait time everytime I go. The front office staff is friendly and experienced. I had a filling done and was literally in-and-out of there in 25 minutes....at some medical offices you wait that long in the waiting room! more

Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. You won't have to worry about long waits, bad customer service, or unpleasant dentists. I felt very well taken care of in their hands, and there was no pressure for me to do anything that would be an extra cost. All of my options were laid out on the table and I really appreciated the individual attention I received. I especially want to point out Judy for her great personality and fabulous sense of humor, even at 8 in the morning. If you can get her, then you will probably never dread the dentist again. ^_^ more

This whole office runs so smoothly, it's a joy to visit. I can always get an appointment during my lunch hour, such that I never miss a beat at work. Cleanings are thorough but with a minimum of discomfort. Appointments are simple to schedule, and I get reminders by email - which is perfect for me. My questions are always answered, and the suggestions I have received over the years have been extremely helpful. I have actually come to look forward to dentist appointments since I've been coming here. more

"For more than 30 years, Dr. Ducoff has provided excellent dental health for me. Although I may not enjoy the experience, he has made my smile better looking and provided excellent dental care. If only my childhood dentist provided the care Bobby does, my teeth would have been in better shape. more
