I LOVE RUBEN'S CUBAN CAFE!! The food is ALWAYS right on the money! In my opinion they have the best Cuban in Tampa, and I say this after having tried many of the other "best Cuban sandwiches" advertised around the area. They also have delicious empanadas, platanos, philly cheesesteaks, tostones, potato balls, and devil crab! more
