Go anywhere else! Price was fair as all dealerships (200 over invoice). Nobody returns phone calls. They say customer service is number1- NOT! The Finance dept. is one of their big flaws, Manny does not know the meaning of customer service, Manny is rude,and argumentative. Mannys attuditude changed greatly when we refused to buy the extened warranty. We had to leave twice so manny could ""complete"" our paperwork. RSM Honda does not offer Anything to our hometown environment, so go to the big dealerships for a hassle free transactions.
