We are a small- mid sized company and have been using RSM COMPUTER SERVICES for over ten years. Bob is the next best thing to having an in-house IT department. He has maintained our server, pc’s, battery backup systems, software and compliance and kept us up to date and efficient without overkill. He reviews and researches the latest in technology so we don’t have to. You can depend on RSM Computer Services to take care of your company's IT needs, so you can focus on your business. Any problem, large or small Bob is just a phone call or e-mail away. more

For over 10 years, Bob has provided our organization with Information Technology services that are nothing short of being absolutely stellar. From strategy development to acquisition, configuration, installation to trouble-shooting and support, Bob is fully qualified and capable in every dimension of I.T. Beyond his broad and deep technical knowledge and skills, Bob also fully understands the business issues and considerations. This is where Bob differentiates himself from others. While Bob can easily purchase and install the "latest and greatest" (at any expense), his keen and practical perspective continually results in the most cost-effective solution that meets our business needs while still allowing for future growth and capacity. Bob helps me out whenever I have an issue with my home PC. I appreciate his complete resolutions to issues that I encounter; he's not just trying for a quick fix so that he can be on his way. He really cares about helping out. more

RSM has quickly become a tremendous asset to our business. We are a family business that appreciates those who make promises they can keep. RSM did just that. I have worked with RSM Computer Services for over 10 years and believe they are hidden gem for the small business community. They listen to my computer problems and suggest affordable and reliable solutions. RSM Computer has helped me with my computer problems for many years. Their response time is always very good and have always solved my problems on the first visit. They are very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward in their diagnosis of the problem. They are able to explain the problem and their suggested solution to me in ways that I can easily understand. RSM has helped me with security issues many times,including viruses and I am thankful to have them to call. They always respond very quickly. I have never had a problem they couldn't solve. I highly recommend RSM Computer! more

RSM Saved Me MONEY 8/2/2011

RSM has helped keep my technology budget under control while providing solutions that look outside the box. I have been given the same SonicWall solution for less money. I was able to save hundreds of dollars in my antivirus software. I have been extremely pleased with the knowledge, service and integrity that RSM has provided my company.
