Loving The Service!! 8/18/2011

I didn't feel a thing and awake throughout the whole process. Normally at the other locations I feel like throwing up and all the pain even though they put the numbing medication but this one was just perfect timing and I love their service. They are on point with everything. They did an wonderful job to my teeth. I will keep coming back. Thank you. more

I love the staff here. They are incredibly nice and sweet. The dentist is so loving. They care for their patients. I could see it, the way they talk to everyone. I just love how the workers care nonetheless make sure you are comfortable at all time. Thanks for the most wonderful customer service I have ever received at a dentist office. more

The dentist is amazing and great. The staff are warming and make sure you're occupied if they are a minute behind schedule. I just love it here. They have the most amazing movie listing to watch while you're waiting. Sometimes I forget i am at the dentist. But everyone was professional and well organized and thanks for that. more

This office is extraordinary. I just love the customer service. The staff are so kind and respectful. They make sure you are comfortable at all times whether you're in there for a few minutes or longer. I just love how they always have a jolly face to everyone no matter what time in the day the appointment is. Thanks for that. more

Positive Experience 8/11/2011

I have been to a few dentists in town, but few come close to the professional and friendly environment of this place! The staff is exceptionally nice. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help. What I liked most is that the doctor is in! I say this because it is all too common that in dental offices you have 10 dental assistants rushing in and out of your room, but you never once see the actual dentist. The dentist at Irvine Dental Associates took the time to answer my questions and came in before, during, and after my procedure. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a positive experience at a dentist! more
