Best

When you are looking forward to a meal this much, there is usually something that doesn't live up to expectations- Not at Roy's! The service was incredible, our waitress was frie...

Worst

This was the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. When I arrived, the managers were too busy talking to notice that I wanted to be seated. The server took a long time ...

Good Food, Rude Service! 5/27/2004

My fiance and I went to Roy's to celebrate a new job. From the moment we sat down, our waiter was abrupt and condescending to us. I don't know if it was the fact that we both ordered from the prix fixe menu, but we certainly felt that we weren't worth his time. They were also out of mint for mojitos and bread(at 8:30 on a Friday night). Overall, the food was good, but due to the poor service, we cannot recommend this particular branch of the Roy's chain. Pros: Dessert, Prix Fixe option Cons: , Drinks lacking more

great experience 9/15/2003

Really liked everything....only problem I had was food timing. Some of the food obviously sat under lights because the dish was extremely hot & food a bit dry. more

1st Annaversary 11/22/2002

My wife & I enjoyed our 1st annaversary @ Roy's. We found the food, service and ambience just as we remembered it when we first ate at Roy's in Hawaii. Pros: Desserts, Appetizers, Specials Cons: Parking more

Just plain wonderful! 9/8/2002

We had heard of Roy's and wanted to give it a try. We are a couple who enjoys fine food, fine wine, and an atmosphere that allows us to be ourselves whille in warm surroundings. We decided to go to Roy's at the last minute. They accomodated us, were very attentive, and the experience was well worth the price. The food was outstanding, in including the great and different appetizers, allowing us to share a delectable entree and the decadence of the dessert. We are making reservations to return. Try it, you'll like it! more

Glad I didn't listen! 5/26/2002

Read the two reviews prior to this one and almost cancelled my reservation, I am so gald I did not. Roy's did not miss a beat with any of our appetizers, entrees or desert. A party of 6 and we were all very pleased. Service was prompt and very accomodating with a few special requests. We felt it was an excellent value for the cost. Perhaps the other diners should do to Roy Rodgers, perhaps that is what they are looking for. Pros: Food, Ambience, Service more
