At 13, Ryan began his career in family-owned restaurants and discovered his lifelong culinary passion. Ryan began his journey with Roy's in 2000 and has shared time as a Sous Chef, Corporate Trainer, and Chef Partner through several locations around the country. A native of Tampa, Ryan is happy to be back in Florida.
