This is surely the best, if also the most unsung, BBQ place in Seattle. New owners have kept original Roy's original sauces - try the Georgia Gold - but have spruced up the place no end. The sauces are not oversweet, portions are large, the homemade coleslaw and potato salad are terrific, and the hamburgers are IMO the best in town, esp. if you skip the mayo, etc., and have the Georgia Gold instead. And they'll cook 'em medium rare or rarer. I live in Wedgwood but still consider this my can't-miss favorite.
Pros: Great food, Friendly, Inexpensive
Cons: No parking, Tiny
