We loved the dresses however the alterations were terrible!!! They needed to redo the alteration because they made the waist to tight, the straps uneven and the seams were also uneven. Beware!!! more

Good: The dress was pretty.. Bad: Was there for a bridesmaid dress. I was gawked @ when i walked in bc I'm not the usual size 0-12 customer. When measured, the lady turned her nose up & said "you'll have to get a better bra than that!". Ordered 6/2010. The wedding is 6/2011. Bride wanted to order & PAY a yr in advance! Now i'm no longer in wedding, & I happen to need a gown for an event in Nov. I cld in Sept/Oct, left many msgs, finally got a call. Dress due in early Nov. Cld 2wks ago, same story. Now 11/17, dress wont be in on time!. Improvements: Everything. Return peoples calls that leave msgs on your voicemail. And when someone leaves a msg with a HUMAN? Be even more diligent to return a call. Had someone returned my call last 2 weeks, and just told me the dress would not be in on time, I would've been able to make another plan of action. Now I either have to go and spend more money elsewhere, or not go to the event.. Other: Unprofessional. I just went to a reunion of a bunch of friends I hadnt' seen in several year, 3 out of 8 are getting married in the next 2 yrs. It's too bad that I will not only NOT recommend them to you, but bad mouth you to them in hopes they pass on the message because if I were a BRIDE being treated like this, I would have that place upside down. Btw, You don't deserve the one star I gave you. I only gave you one at all because theres no option to leave it blank.. more

I FOUND THE WONDERFUL LADIES HERE AFTER GOING TO ONE OF THOSE MASSIVE DIME-A-DOZEN CHAIN BRIDAL STORES AND BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. THESE LADIES ARE AWESOME. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND OFFERED ADVICE WHILE SHOPPING FOR MY GOWN. I FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS BUT IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE. THEIR SEAMSTRESS WORKED MIRACLES AND I WAS ABLE TO WEAR THE DRESS I ALWAYS WANTED. THEY ALSO CARRY BRIDESMAID & MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESSES. SHOES & ACCESSORIES ALSO AVAILABLE. THE CHANGING ROOMS ARE HUGE SO YOU CAN MOVE FREELY EVEN WITH YOUR DRESS ON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. more
