I have been a customer of Royal Pools & Spas for the last 26 years. I owned a pool for 18 years and the last 8 years I own a hot tub. Both were purchased at Royal Pools & Spas. Royal Pools & Spas is a family owned business who take pride in their business and customers. They take all the time you need to teach you how to take care of your pools & spas. Any problems they are right there to help in every way possible and won't stop till you are satisfied. A very large plus is their chemical dept. to test and balance your water, which is a complimentary feature. I would never go or shop at any other pool & spa store unless it was at Royal Pools & Spas in their New Hampton or Newburgh locations. I would highly recommend Royal Pools & Spas to all. more

\r Awesome...we couldn't ask for any better customer service! We purchased a nice used Sundance 880 series Spa from the owner Matt and his wife Beth at a great price and they delivered it to us here in PA, The old unit was removed, everything was cleaned up and the new spa was put in place, a difficult delivery as we live at a lake. They did everything they said they would do and more. Spa had some warranty issues but they were all immediately fixed by Matt and his staff. The Hi speed pump bearing was starting to get a bit noisy and bingo a brand new pump and motor unit were brought back out along with a new quieter air pump which were then installed, no questions asked. They entire staff at the store are friendly and have one goal in mind, customer service and satisfaction. It is rare to find such great service, I highly recommend Royal,Pools and Spas! more

The sale of our home in October 2012 ended 18 years of pleasure with our Royal pool. Throughout the years, Beth and her wonderful staff have served our pool needs in an exemplary manner. I have been a customer of Royal Pools for years. Their customer service is superior. Any questions I have ever had regarding my pool, their staff has always been very helpful & informative. I've had them service my pool for years, as well as open it & they always do a wonderful job. Anytime I bring my pool water sample in for analysis, the technicians are quick to help me with a simplified print out of exactly what I need to do. This is the worst company ever and i do mean the worst company. I hired them to fix a lousy heating element in my jacuzzi and they have since been here five times, charged me 3 times and this last time which was just 2 days ago, they refuse to come back because i had had it and yelled and now two days later it is not working again. The owner is an idiot and they do not back up anything they do. I have a complaint now filed with the BBB more
