Worst

Got billed $44 for 16 minutes. Every other visit was at least 30 minutes. Called to ask for an explanation and was told a manager would call me back. 7 days later and still no one...

Had new sod put down, my neighbor uses Tru Green & had yellow patches all in his yard so I tried Royal. I have been using them ever since. My new sod has taken off like crazy. It's very green & extremely full. I also have started using them for my pest control ( i live in a highly wooded area & TONS OF SPIDERS). When I first moved into the house in October I had black widows & the big jumping spiders (I later found out were wolf spiders). I had Royal come out & I haven't seen a spider since my first treatment! Would highly recommend for all services! more

I moved into a house about 5 months ago, the lawn was in horrible condition, guessing the previous owners did not take care of it, i figured that the lawn was completely dead. I hired Royal to do my lawn had the guy come out. Not even 1 month later my grass is green as anything and full! didn't think that would happen in such a short time. but definitely recommend this company! My lawn looks great!!! more

Poor Customer Service is my Experience 11/28/2011

Got billed $44 for 16 minutes. Every other visit was at least 30 minutes. Called to ask for an explanation and was told a manager would call me back. 7 days later and still no one calls back. Called today and was asked to hold to see if a manager was in. Really... Cancelled my service quicker than they could bother to call me back. Yards can look great with any service, it's the customer service that makes the difference. more

Royal Pest Service does my lawn and pest control. As a new homeowner, I had concerns about taking care of my lawn. Royal Pest Service does a great job of treating my lawn and explaining what I need to do. I have gotten yard of the month several times and I know it is because of the great job that Royal does. more
